All Bulldog community members and supporters are warmly invited to attend the next PTSA meeting (and potluck!) on Monday, Dec. 11, from 7 to 9 PM, in the library. Along with hearing the latest about Tech and district goings on — including how impending district budget cuts will impact Tech — we’ll also to give thanks to one another and help Bulldog families in need.
The PTSA will provide the main dishes and we ask that, if possible, people bring favorite sides, salads, drinks or desserts to share.
A number of Bulldog families participate Tech’s Alameda County Food Bank Backpack program. Every two weeks, identified students receive a backpack full of non-perishable food items for themselves and their families.
Each year, 8th grade students and their parent(s) or caregiver(s) have the opportunity to experience the full energy and spirit of the Bulldog community while school is in session. Tours begin with a 30-minute presentation at 9 AM in the auditorium (42nd near Broadway), followed by a campus tour led by students and accompanied by Tech parents. Tours conclude at about 10:15 AM. Given space limitations, we request that only current 8th grade families sign up. RSVPs required. Read more.
