Description: All Freshmen English classes are college prep and have an A and B semester which cover different course materials and should be taken in sequence. All Freshman English courses center on 6-12 major works of literature, grouped with shorter selections. A diversity of genres, eras, and authors are included. Courses include at least 12 major, full-process writing assignments, including a report of information, and all writing types in Grammar and Composition Level 3.
